Our social responsibilities

In Sparebanken Sør we take our social responsibilities very seriously.

We seek to be a responsible and enthusiastic contributor to our local community, and our business goals cannot be achieved unless we act in understanding with the community that we are a part of. Therefore, we support activities that create engagement, unity and development in our local communities.

Gifts and sponsorships

We support projects within culture, sports and other areas that contribute positively to our local communities. In addition to traditional sponsorships, we continue the strong savings bank tradition of awarding monetary gifts to projects that benefit the public. The projects include categories such as culture, competence, sports, community, associations and organizations. Each branch accepts applications from its own region, and we prioritize projects aimed at children and teenagers.

We sponsor local sports clubs and cultural activities.

We want to cooperate with the organizations that we sponsor, and in addition to money, we can offer other services, financial expertise and a large network and audience.
