Working with the Transparency Act
This is how we will work with the Transparency Act.
Establishing and maintaining the framework
This includes management documents, risk analysis, prioritizing UN conventions, systems for risk mapping and classifying, and due diligence assessments.
Implementation of due diligence assessments § 4
Based on prioritized UN conventions and a qualitative and quantitative risk analysis, we will perform due diligence assessments of suppliers and internal conditions. When assessing significant risk, we base the assessment on parameters such as annual deliveries, geography, branch and negative incidents.
The due diligence assessments will be performed based on risk-based prioritization. This means that the scope of mapping and follow-up will be adjusted relative to the supplier’s assessed risk. Similar analyses will be performed when it comes to internal conditions, where work with activity and report obligations is central. In the event of a breach, actions will be taken in order to eliminate or reduce the risk. Possible areas of improvement where we have influence will also be followed-up, status reports and development in relevant areas.
Statement for due diligence assessments § 5
Information and results regarding our work with the Transparency Act will be continuously updated on our web pages.
We will prepare an annual report which will be integrated into the annual report and the sustainability report.
